Our mission is to reinvent how career data is owned and shared across the global labor market and are seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager.

The Role & Responsibilities:

The Senior Technical Product Manager will be responsible for designing and delivery of solutions that build business value while ensuring legal, operational & engineering stakeholder requirements are met. The objective is easy to use end-to-end solutions for the business and our customers.

You will be leading one of our squads working closely with your fellow product managers, QA, server, and front-end engineers as a cohesive team. You will be reporting to the CTO.

Your work starts (and ends) with clients & the leadership of the company to capturing and delivering to their needs. You will come up with solutions that meet the business objectives. The day to day the work will include all the regular stuff a product manager will be doing.

You will be comfortable communicating digitally with team members and clients as we are a remote first company. You will use Github, Jira, Postman & Markdown on a daily basis

Core Requirements:

• 7 + years of experience in a similar role
• BSc, MSc or MAMRAM
• You are a technical product manager with experience designing hundreds of APIs in the past, writing specs and stories, guiding UI/UX, sprint planning, roadmap grooming, sharing and caring!
• Distinct Advantages: Self Sovereign Identity, Digital Identity, Fintech, Squad Leadership
• Technology Advantages are Cryptography, Blockchain, Distributed Systems & Microservices
• Advantage: Knowledge and understanding of JSON schemas and other data models
• You work well with every kind of techie and business person
• A sharp self-starter
• You must value communication as we are a remote-first
