Client Services Officer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing client cases from start to finish
  • Analyzing and understanding each client's financial transactions based on banking documentation
  • Representing the client’s interests and presenting their case to banks, regulators, merchants, brokers and other financial institutions.

Job requirements:

  • Fluent Spanish and English
  • Excellent communication skills – both spoken and written
  • Proficient with computers, very comfortable using Google Suite
  • First-rate organizational skills
  • Excellent phone manner
  • Empathetic personality
  • Self-motivated
  • Team Player, good at learning from colleagues and collaborating with a team

Preference to those with:

  • Experience with customer service or sales over the phone
  • Work experience in financial or legal services - banks, currency exchange, paralegal etc.
