Finance and Administration – Hybrid Position
Assist with the financial and administrate aspects of a boutique law firm in Tel Aviv Azrieli (right near the train).
At least 50% of the work can be done remotely.
Sunday – Thursday 7 hours, 8:00 am-15:00 pm (suitable for parents)
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Finance Aspects (Approx. 60% of position)
- Billing Clients;
- Organizing information and producing reports for management (cash flow, bank situation, etc).
- Managing bank accounts;
- liaison with accountants and bookkeeper (dealing with payment slips, social benefits/pensions, monthly accounts, etc).
Administrative Aspects (Approx. 20% of position)
- A portion of your time will be designated to running the front desk, telephone, and scheduling;
- Dealing with suppliers;
- Ongoing upkeep of the office;
Personal Assistance Aspects (Approx. 20% of position)
- Manage personal diary and schedule meetings for the 2 partners;
- Handle personal administrative tasks;
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Friendly & Professional;
- Rosh Gadol – an absolute must!
- Fluent English & Hebrew (spoken & written);
- Tech, Internet and Computer savvy;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Word and Excel);
- Proven experience in running the billing/collection activities of a business;
- Organized multi-tasker;
