The Junior Digital Designer will be working under the Business Development Department, which focuses on B2B communication. They will be expected to communicate the brand message with high visual impact across all digital channels. They must have a good eye for layout, typography, an elevated sense of aesthetic and a background in graphic design is preferred. This role reports directly to the Sr. Loyalty Development Manager International based in Israel and will work in collaboration with the North American Business Development design team to ensure consistency globally.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
Infographic Responsibilities:
- Adapting current templates to create brochures, documents, and digital tools for various markets.
- Updating monthly content into multiple languages for international markets.
- Working in collaboration with multiple departments to ensure brand messaging and corporate communication campaigns are consistent and up to date.
- Participate in multiple larger projects and tasks, alongside the Global Business Development team.
Digital Design Responsibilities:
- Responsible for developing different visual tools and presentations, using PowerPoint.
- Maintain brand aesthetic across all digital channels.
- Follow trends in the beauty space & propose new ideas for layouts and functionality.
Skills Required:
- Technical degree or bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, or related concentration.
- 1-3 years of experience, specifically in graphic design (experience in beauty, haircare, luxury, fashion & retail brands is an asset).
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite required (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Experience in email marketing platforms.
- Fluency in all areas of visual design with exceptional skills in font usage, typography, and layout.
- Ability to work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Capable of managing deadlines and work independently, as well as collaborate with multiple teams.
