We are:

The Data Science group is comprised of Data Scientists and Business Analysts. We focus mainly on compliance, specifically Fair Lending and Anti Money Laundering by unmasking the bad guys and solving problems, using SAS, Python and various machine learning models. We provide on-demand analysis, system optimization, craft unique models to address specific business needs, apps to support business decisions, and much more. Our group’s models develop dynamically and meet very high regulation standards and model governance.

You will:

Be the one individual who can address all delivery and project related topics

Establish and maintain processes to manage scope over multiple project lifecycles

Create all relevant documentation related to data exploration, software implementation, from software configuration to business rule descriptions

Work closely with Data Scientists and Business stakeholders on requirements and functional specifications to understand business priorities and translate to requirements

Perform basic data analysis

Be available to work with the US team on the East Coast when needed

You have:

• 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a fast-moving business environment
• 2 years of experience working with Project Management tools
• 2 years of experience in writing technical documents
• Very good command of MS Word and Excel
• Ability to create meticulous reports according to guidelines
• Native English speaker
• Basic SQL coding skills
• A science/technical related degree
• It's a bonus if you have experience with: Jira, banking/finance industry, US banking regulations, agile methodology
