City of Gold Apartments, Ltd. Is a growing Jerusalem-based property management company. We are looking for an Operations Manager to join our team. This is a full-time in office role.
Job responsibilities will include:
· Moving tasks forward and scheduling for multiple people and roles
· Coordinating with our teams in the field
· General assistance with running the operation from A to Z
The right candidate will have the following skills:
· Strong communication skills, both oral and written
· Ability to multi-task
· Ability to remain calm under pressure
· Fluent in English and Hebrew (at least one at a mother-tongue level)
· Knowledge and ability to work with Google Suite and Microsoft Office
· Familiarity with Trello
A minimum of two years experience in a similar position and/or a background in project management is an advantage. Remuneration will be commensurate with experience.
