Privately-held real estate investment firm headquartered in New York City with an extensive real estate portfolio is seeking a Real Estate Portfolio Manager to manage and oversee all the asset managers and/or property managers.
Must be able to details of each asset (history, business plan, loan details) and keep his finger on the pulse constantly.
The candidate will be the "eyes and ears", reporting directly and accountable to the CEO and liaison between the various companies.
An extensive knowledge of US real estate is a must, the client works with commercial, residential and industrial assets.
This is a full time position working EST hours, starting 1:30pm Israel time.
Office based in Jerusalem - hybrid optional
