Commercial Title Reader - US Hours, Full Time

CityBook Services works closely with a large Commercial Real Estate Services company in the US providing a full array of Title Insurance services across all 50 States. CityBook is looking to expand its Title Insurance team in Jerusalem (option to work out of our Beit Shemesh office)!

Our comprehensive training program will equip you with the knowledge and skills needed to excel as a Title Reader. Under the guidance of our experienced senior counsel, you'll gain a deep understanding of Title Insurance concepts. Starting with Commercial Title Commitments, you'll develop your expertise and have the opportunity to progress into other roles within the department, expanding your knowledge and contributing to various aspects of Title Insurance.

This is a full-time position working US hours (4pm-12am) with growth potential!

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and review commercial real estate files
• Review of corporate structures
• Data entry and document production

The ideal candidate needs to be detail-oriented with a strong drive to succeed. This person should have:

• Excellent English reading and writing skills
• Good computer knowledge and ability to work professionally in a Microsoft Office environment
• Thrive as a fast learner & fast worker
• Enjoy technical work
• Want to work US hours (4pm-midnight; Monday-Thursday)
• Be a team player
