An International Digital Agency with multiple global offices (Based in Tel Aviv) and clients around the world, is looking for a customer success manager to join its team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to our customers in Israel and the US, and be in charge of all communication with them through all channels.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, initiate contact with customers, and manage internal social tasks and projects.
  • Define and monitor various tools.
  • Retain customers, and resolve various issues.
  • Provide POC (point of contact) services to customers

Qualifications:

  • High proficiency in both Hebrew and English (verbal and written) is a must
  • At least 1 year of experience in B2B customer management and retention
  • A deep understanding of the digital world is mandatory
  • Strong ability to multitask and handle pressure situations
  • Proven experience in task management and problem-solving
