Job Description:
Albert Scott, a US-based full service Amazon agency, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Retail Manager to join our team. The Amazon Retail Manager will be responsible for tracking inventory and inventory issues on Amazon.com for our respective clients.
Amazon Seller experience is a plus.
This is a full-time position with potential for growth within the company.
Responsibilities:
- Use software solutions and MS Excel to track client inventory on Amazon.
- Timely and efficient communication with clients.
- Identifying opportunities for account growth.
- Ensuring overall customer satisfaction.
- Participate on weekly conference calls with clients.
- Interact with other team members on tasks to be completed.
- Resolve client issues.
- Communicate with peers and clients via email, WhatsApp and video calls.
- Collaborate with the team via multiple platforms, including CRM software, email, project management software, video calls, and more.
- Proactively work on improving processes within the company to increase efficiency and output.
Qualifications:
- Personable, comfortable interacting with other professionals.
- Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central, a plus.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Very strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Corporate demeanor and professional home work environment.
- Mother-tongue English.
- Working knowledge of MS Suite, Google Drive/Docs/Sheets, and ability to quickly learn new software.
