This position operates from our office in Har Hotzvim.
40 hours per week.
Mon - Thurs: 9AM - 6PM EST
Job Description:
The IT Helpdesk Technician will perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions. He will determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided by the customer and then walk the customer through the problem solving process.
Requirements:
- Degree or Certificated in computer science or IT
- Working experience in the IT field.
- A strong working knowledge of computer systems, hardware & software.
- Polite phone manners & easy communicator.
- English on a mother tongue level
