Business Applications Manager

Business Applications Manager – Jerusalem or Tel Aviv

We are looking for an experienced Business Applications Manager to analyze and map the company’s current business applications/tech stack. Will then identify gaps, explore solutions and plan for integrations and migrations accordingly. Will train relevant team members, collect feedback and lead the projects until implementation.

Requirements:

• Excellent English

• 2+ years experience in Business Applications Manager/Solutions Architect or similar role
• 3+ years experience in a SaaS environment in a role related to the customer journey (Marketing, Sales, Operations, etc.)
• Past experience with the implementation of a full solution, core CRM module or other core system in an organization
• Skilled technical background, analytical skills, and understanding of the complex connections and automations
• Experience in a startup environment
• Past experience with Pipedrive, Salesforce, or Hubspot CRMs – advantage
