We are looking for dependable, service-oriented marketing associate with excellent communication, time-management, and organizational skills. The ideal candidate for this position will have excellent administrative and word processing software skills, presentation know-how, and experience with relevant medical technology.

Marketing Associate Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily administrative tasks to ensure the Marketing department runs smoothly
  • Plan, organize and attend events, conferences, projects, and campaigns (travel oversee is required)
  • Writing and proofreading press releases.
  • Create and maintain documents and presentations.
  • Helping to run social media accounts.
  • Conduct market research
  • Enhance and maintain company brand and messaging
  • Design and create advertising material (e.g. brochures, website and newsletters)

Marketing Associate Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a Marketing Associate, Marketing Assistant or similar role (2-3 years)
  • Knowledge of marketing digital tools and techniques
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical skills with a goal-oriented attitude
  • BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field
  • Excellent marketing and administrative software skills including Excel
  • Adequate knowledge of data collection methods (polls, focus groups, surveys etc)
  • Working knowledge with CRM programs
  • English at mother tongue level
