We are looking for dependable, service-oriented marketing associate with excellent communication, time-management, and organizational skills. The ideal candidate for this position will have excellent administrative and word processing software skills, presentation know-how, and experience with relevant medical technology.
Marketing Associate Responsibilities:
- Manage daily administrative tasks to ensure the Marketing department runs smoothly
- Plan, organize and attend events, conferences, projects, and campaigns (travel oversee is required)
- Writing and proofreading press releases.
- Create and maintain documents and presentations.
- Helping to run social media accounts.
- Conduct market research
- Enhance and maintain company brand and messaging
- Design and create advertising material (e.g. brochures, website and newsletters)
Marketing Associate Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Marketing Associate, Marketing Assistant or similar role (2-3 years)
- Knowledge of marketing digital tools and techniques
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong analytical skills with a goal-oriented attitude
- BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field
- Excellent marketing and administrative software skills including Excel
- Adequate knowledge of data collection methods (polls, focus groups, surveys etc)
- Working knowledge with CRM programs
- English at mother tongue level
