As our representative, you are the first point of contact for our valued customers , reaching out for travel information. You'll have the rewarding opportunity to deliver a totally satisfying customer experience by giving customers all the information they need on our tours, flights, hotels and promotions or any immediate attention they deserve.
To empower you in this crucial role, we provide comprehensive training, equipping you with the knowledge needed to deliver excellent service.
What You Will Do:
Your goal is to transfer a simple lead into a happy passenger on one of our future tours.
you will answer incoming leads and calls from customers requiring assistance with our tours, seen on the web
Your main job is to understand the nature of the customers request, ensuring their immediate needs and create a dream of their future tour to the US
Then – you will transfer the lead into a sale, by sending the call to one of our travel agents or tour specialist.
What You Will Need:
Prior customer service experience. Bilingual skills, especially in English, are a must.
Ability to provide excellent customer service and thrive in a high-volume call environment.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Empathy and a strong desire to help.
Advanced computer and multi-tasking skills with the ability to talk and type at the same time.
