Our manufacturing company is seeking to hire a Telemarketing Sales Associate to play a pivotal role in our success by obtaining critical information from customer prospecting lists including contact names, decision makers and product utilization information.

A DAY IN THE LIFE AS A TELEMARKETING SALES ASSOCIATE

Acting as a crucial part of our sales & marketing team, the right candidate will spend their time qualifying prospects and converting them into reliable leads for our sales department. This will include making multiple calls per day to determine the viability of a potential customer that is in the market to purchase our specialty wood products. Through this process you will be expected to maintain status of any prospective or current customer with excellent communication with Management and the sales team as well as with the prospect. With your people skills and process driven approach to accomplish tasks, you will be responsible for a list of daily prospecting and communicating the information gleaned to the sales & marketing department and management.

You will set and oversee strategy for maximizing sales from customer accounts as well as managing customer expectations by using your people skills to the fullest.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 1+ years of Sales experience.
• Native English-speaking proficiency.
• Basic to Intermediate Excel skills.
• Superior Telephone skills.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Basic computer skills including the ability to rapidly learn CRM software.
• must have quiet and un-interrupted home office setup.
• Typing speed 35+ WPM.

Position is working Full time US hours from home, Mon-Thursday.
