Operations Specialist - Maternity leave replacement - with an option for
permanent employment
A successful global consumer products company, with focus on the Juvenile space, is looking for a Sales Operations Specialist.
Responsibilities:
·Assist with the international sales efforts globally
·Lead and monitor the “quote-to-cash” process
·Lead production planning
·Identify and resolve production related matters
·Evaluate timelinesto assure production aligns with goals
·Monitor material supply flow and identify any shortages or bottlenecks in usage
·Support sales-forecasting activities
·Work closely with the company’s finance and marketing teams
·Support customer retention
·Analyze sales data and identify sales trends and growth opportunities
Qualifications:
·Bachelor degree in Business / economics / Industrial Engineering or equivalent
·At least two years of sales / operations experience - advantage
·Strong analytical skills
·Ability to work independently, as well as with a team
·Must be well organized and possess attention to detail
·Excellent computer skills (including superior knowledge of Excel / PowerPoint / Word)
·Familiarity with ERP systems – advantage
·Excellent written communications skills
·English – mother tongue level
