Personal Assistant (85% remote position)
🏠Working closely with Senior Real Estate Manager for whom you will be providing personal assistance
📅 Management and coordination of meetings
🛣️Researching Local Ads/whats app Groups etc. for new property postings
📣Assisting with follow up and ensure execution of weekly ads and marketing posts on social media
📳Upload listings to Website
🥶Cold calling☎️ to Landlords/Sellers
*Requirements:*
🤗Minimum 2-3 years experience in an administrative role
🤝Excellent interpersonal skills
Good 🇱🇷 English & 🇮🇱Hebrew communication skills (written & verbal)
🖥️Knowledge of standard desktop applications (Ms Word, Excel, Internet tools, etc)
✅Access to a Whats App
🥅Ability to work independently, proactively and setting priorities
🚜Available to work from our offices located in Ramat Beit Shemesh once a week on Sunday for 2-4 hours as needed from 11.30am
