We’re looking for a personal assistant with experience in social media/marketing/PR to help promote Chana Mason’s Vitality Coaching practice, books, and platform. Chana Mason’s Vitality Coaching helps people realign their bodies and minds towards health, peace, and joy through courses, books, events, and one-on-one & group coaching. You’ll be helping our clients connect to their best selves, learn incredible tools for growth, and transform their lives. We’re looking for someone with immaculate English writing skills who is punctual, highly organized, and eager to learn and grow. Social media, email, and chat communications savvy is required, though digital marketing experience is not a must and can be learned on the job. The position includes, but is not limited to, the following:


Managing social media accounts and groups on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn.


Email marketing. 


Managing online advertising accounts.


Booking speaking engagements, podcasts, guest blogs.


Event planning for workshops, courses.


Tagging posts, videos.


Editing Chana’s emails, posts.


Email and phone-based customer service.
