Business Development Management Position

We’re looking for a seasoned recruiter to join our team. The role is to invite medium and large Israeli employers and manpower/employment agencies to post their job openings for FREE on Janglo. Most of these companies are spending significant amount of money advertising for their job openings in other outlets such as online portals or print media. You will educate and inform employers that some of the best and most qualified job seekers are searching for jobs on Janglo. You would then assist these employers to identify the opportunities to promote (for pay) their most relevant posted listings to obtain maximum exposure.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Working with available data from the main platforms (Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Develop relationships with Human Resources departments of medium and large companies
- Converting "free users" into "paying clients" as per the identified needs of the clients
Qualifications:
- Must be eligible to work in Israel
- English & Hebrew – Fluent (written and verbal)
- Minimum of 2 Years’ B2B Experience
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Able to work efficiently with internal staff
- Analytical mind and good problem solving skills
- Proactive and persistent
- Willingness to prove yourself to the company upper management and join the executive team
- Willingness and ability to perform and earn above average income based on results
- Must have a record of earning a minimum of 10,000-12,000 NIS per month in commissions
- As the department manager must be able to rapidly hire and train your own business development team
Office Location: Work is from our office or remote if proven to work efficiently from home.
Hours: Full Time, Sunday – Thursday
