The New Israel Fund is seeking an English-language writer to:
Research and write engaging proposals and reports for donors around the world.
Draft and edit promotional and marketing materials.
Become an expert on specific areas of human rights and social change for ongoing communications work.
Qualifications:
A love of words and storytelling: outstanding writing and editing skills.
1-2 years’ experience in content, grant and/or journalistic writing.
Commitment to social change in Israel.
Ability to gather information from various sources and synthesize it into clear and compelling narratives.
Languages skills: Only native English speakers will be considered; highly proficient Hebrew; Arabic – an advantage.
“Self-starter” qualities, with ability to work independently and within a team.
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
Start date – immediate
Full-time position
Hybrid work option – office is in Jerusalem, but scheduled to move to Modi'in at the end of 2022
