NOW HIRING: Seeking a office manager /administrative assistant to handle:
1. client services, interact with clients where required - assist and provide reports to clients as required
2. Assist Data entry team as needed
3. Invoicing clients as needed
4. following up with clients for payments
5. manage the dispute process with consumers where required
6. other office duties as required
Requirements:
at least 3 years of past experience working in an office environment
ability to multitask
top communication skills
tech savvy and good with details
Position is working from home, about 4pm-11pm Mon- Thursday
