Experienced NOC Technician required for international telecommunications company with offices in Jerusalem
Requirements:
§ Be available to provide out of hours support on a rotating basis
§ Work with clients and suppliers
§ Carry out in-depth trouble ticket analysis
§ Debug issues of high-importance and high-complexity
§ Conduct research on behalf of the Numbering Team
Required skills:
§ Fluent English (writing, reading, and speaking)
§ Ability to multi-task
§ Work well with colleagues, customers, and suppliers
§ Creative problem-solver
§ Advanced Knowledge of Excel
Preferred skills:
§ Knowledge of MySQL
§ Knowledge of the telecommunications industry
§ Proven ability to troubleshoot especially within a hi-tech environment
§ Knowledge of databases
§ Knowledge of networking
Role is full-time shift work; usually 9-hour shifts, 5 days a week. Shifts are subject to change from month to month but are usually steady and are set well in advance.
