Job Description

The department accompanies public companies on all regulatory aspects, including providing legal advice to the board of directors, attending meetings and board committees, preparing immediate and periodic reports, and more.

Requirements

• 5-6 years of experience in accompanying public companies/capital markets (right from the internship to the present day and not those that have been retrained)
• High level of English
• Management capabilities (will manage a number of attorneys)
