Trebuchet Outsourcing Services is staffing a Customer Service position for an established New York based supply company. The successful candidate will stay in touch with customers, respond to emails, keep customers apprised of the company’s latest offerings, reminding them to re-order and to try new products, and assisting them with new orders questions and issues, in addition to other clerical duties.

This is a work-from-home position. You must have a quiet work environment, a strong internet connection and a fully equipped home office, including a state-of-the-art Windows computer and accessories, and including video camera and headset.

This is a part time (15-20 hours a week) postion. Mostly flexible hours but some overlap with US hours in order to stay in touch with customers.
