We are looking for a FP&A to join the financial department of a SaaS Company.

The FP&A will report to the CFO, and will be responsible for all business forecasting, providing data analysis, financial insights, projections, and to drive decisions in all matters operational, financial, and strategic.

Responsibilities include:

  • Support in matters related to productivity, demand planning and reporting
  • Collaborate with management on metrics, goals, and business reviews.
  • Dive deeply into financial data and provide insights.
  • Prepare accurate financial reports and identify required action items
  • Identify and research variances to forecast, budget, and prior-year expenses, identifying opportunities for improvement.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting or a related area
  • English proficiency with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • +5 years of experience in finance or accounting or a related area
  • +1 year experience in a B2B SaaS company
  • General knowledge of US accounting/financial/operational principles
  • Experience developing financial reports and metrics
  • Hands-on approach to preparing and analyzing data
  • Strong Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills
  • Experience with the Due Diligence Process
  • Knowledge of US GAAP - advantage
  • Interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with various management levels
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to a changing, fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated ability to drive projects across an organization
