Newly renovated Tama38 building on Caspi Street needs cleaner/gardener/handyman on a regular basis for ongoing tasks.
Scope of work:
Weekly cleaning of stairwells, outside areas
Periodic cleaning of cabinets, roof, cupboards, railings etc, in the common areas
Light gardening
Light repairs from time to time such as changing lightbulbs, fixing/replacing broken door or window handles etc.
You must be experienced, reliable, and detail oriented.
Hebrew not needed but would be an advantage.
