Chief Technical Officer - Bet Shemesh
CTO
We are looking for a strong technology leader who wants to create amazing products that our customers will fall in love with.
This position will include aligning business priorities and technology to deliver state-of-the-art software, lead and design solutions, and plan and execute to meet business and customer needs.
The candidate must come with a strong coding background, experience building a product from scratch and leading an R&D team.
It also involves hands-on work, participation in discovery, and close collaboration with design.
Responsibilities:Work with the Executive to synchronize the business strategy.
Grow and lead the development team and create a culture of product delivery excellence.
Understand the company’s value proposition and develop a technology architecture to support it.
Design solutions, evaluate architecture options, set technical direction and quality standards, guide implementation.
Be an effective people manager
Continuously develop the enterprise data model and analytics infrastructure to support operations.
Manage the budget for the entire technology organization.Ensure the IT budget has no unnecessary expenses
Develop and implement business resumption and emergency recovery plans
Be a significant part of the management team, designing and leading the product’s technological roadmap & vision.
Requirements:
3+ years hands-on development
At least 3 years in a leading role.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, team player, and a startup mentality.
Passion for managing and helping people develop their skills and potential.
A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or Engineering - advantage
Start-up experience - advantage
Native level of English (oral and written)
