Job Opp: Director of Development for Europe @ADI
ADI is looking for a new Director of Development for Europe and the United Kingdom reporting to the VP Development and managing small teams of employees both in Israel and abroad.

Work from office in Jerusalem, need to travel to ADI Negev frequently.
Duties include:
- Maintaining, exploring and developing (personal) relationships with Major Donors, strategic partners and foundations.
- Fundraising programs aimed at the European donors both in Israel and in Europe
- Overseeing & managing marketing and fundraising efforts in Europe and the UK
- Managing co-operations with overseas friends-of foundations (Netherlands, Germany and UK)
Must Haves (we’re not flexible on these):
- Proven track record in similar positions
- Deep understanding of European (Jewish) culture and structure of the (Jewish) philanthropy scene
- Mother tongue English and work proficiency in Hebrew
- Clear vision and understanding of best practice in Donor Development Cycle, Marketing, PR and Fundraising
- Organized way of working, punctuality and honesty
- Experience with and being committed to working with CRM systems, legal and administrative frameworks for Amutot in Israel and abroad
Nice-to-Haves:
- Any other language (work proficiency) with emphasis on German, Italian and/or Dutch
