United Hatzalah’s Donor Communications Team is seeking a talented, passionate writer to join our team. This role involves creating impactful stories and reports that update our diverse donor base on the life-saving impact of their contributions. Our ideal candidate is a skilled communicator with an enthusiasm for mission-driven storytelling.
This is a full-time position (42 hours/week) including flexible hours and occasional remote work. Most work will be done in our Jerusalem office during normal business hours.
Responsibilities:
- Craft Compelling Donor Reports: Develop personalized reports that convey the meaningful impact of donor support.
- Produce Multi-Channel Content: Create engaging content across various media to enhance donor engagement and connection.
- Communicate with Volunteers: Work with our dedicated medics to gather real-time stories for donor communications.
- Ensure Timely Delivery: Complete all content tasks promptly to meet project specifications
- Maintain timely, high-volume, professional-grade output
Qualifications:
- Language: Native English fluency with mastery in written expression; proficient in spoken and written Hebrew.
- Technical: Proficient in MS Office Suite productivity tools; Familiar with CRM systems (extensive experience with ‘Salesforce’)
- Team Skills: Supportive team player and proactive self-starter, brings positivity and warm, upbeat energy—even under pressure
