Technical Writer

We are looking for Technical Writer to join our R&D team!

The Technical Publications team works alongside the Product Management and Engineering groups and is responsible for creating and maintaining the core documentation package provided with our products.

Responsibilities include:

• Working with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product and the documentation requirement.
• Producing high-quality documentation that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audience.
• Writing easy-to-understand user interface text, online help and user guides Gathering customer feedback on documentation to improve usability.
• Analyzing existing and potential content, focusing on reuse and single-sourcing opportunities.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years experience in technical writing of software documentation.
• Excellent writing skills in English.
• Communication and teamwork skills, including willingness and ability to consult with subject matter experts from engineering, support etc.
