Our protocol is currently in development to create a suite of cross-platform dApps, which provide leverage for crypto and real-world assets.

We’re looking for an experienced DeFi analyst who can confidently design a DeFi protocol.

Responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for designing DeFi protocols that:
  • are resilient and stable
  • handle black swan events gracefully
  • protect against market manipulation and other exploits
  • scale with hundreds of thousands of users
• Perform risk analysis
• Statistical modeling and financial simulation
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams

Requirements:

• Know the ecosystem
  • Be familiar with the core value proposition of various Blockchains
  • Be plugged into the DeFi world and know the landscape of CEX’s and DEX’s
  • Understand how they work, what’s been successful and what hasn’t
• Strong understanding of financial principles
  • Liquidity
  • Derivatives
  • Leverage trading
  • Market Making
• Strong math skills
  • Deconstructing a high-level concept into concrete formulas
  • Familiar with data visualization techniques
  • Basic calculus
  • Statistics & Probability Theory
  • Quantitative analysis

Nice to Have:

• Coding experience
• Technical writing skills
• Blog writing skills
• Experience with a Cosmos blockchain
• Personal experience trading in crypto and DeFi
