Looking for Registration staff for our Summer 2024 season! Customer Journey and Registration Representatives are responsible for managing the Birthright Israel participants application/registration process as it pertains to Mayanot Israel Birthright trips. Representatives will use phone, SMS, email, and other avenues, to push people through the conversion funnel from lead to participant.
This includes: Cultivation of leads, assistance with email campaigns pertaining to registration, assisting applicants through the process, assigning to groups, conducting interviews, collecting relevant documentation, tending to incoming and outgoing calls/emails, SIM card sales, insurance sales, customer service and more.
Responsibility for registration process with our applicants
- Assisting applicants through the process however we can- Conducting the required Birthright Israel “interview” with applicants- Ensuring applicants upload passports, medical documents, related religious documentation and other documentation that may be needed- Working through lead lists for the purpose of creating new applicants
Responsibility for Registration “Conversion Funnel”
- Responsible for effectively communicating each step of the process to the applicants to ensure their ability to move forward with ease- Calling applicants to submit their deposits, choose trip dates, complete applications - Assisting in building groups and assigning applicants to relevant groups
Sales of Phones/Insurance
- Sales of SIM card/phone and insurance to confirmed participants - Maximizing and growing Mayanot’s SIM card/phone and insurance sales
Email & SMS marketing (in coordination with Director & Director of Marketing)
- Helping build and maintain effective email lists- Responding to “Sales” emails for purpose of converting leads- Responding to “System” emails for purpose of converting leads- Cultivation and compilation of useful/clean lists
Trip Assignments
- Assistance in fulfillment of groups and meeting airline/Birthright Israel deadlines- Responsible for processing applicants to fill empty seats
