We're looking to sublet our amazing Nachlaot apartment from mid-June to the end of August. The apartment has three bedrooms, a large living room and kitchen, two bathrooms (one with laundry), and an extra room that can be an office/workout room (we have a treadmill in there now). There's also a private courtyard with garden.
The apartment is perfectly set up as a home office. There are two separate desks plus two separate broadband internet connections. As we both work from home, we got two internet connections (one DSL and one cable) to better cover the house and to cover ourselves whenever one goes down (which periodically happens in Israel).
The apartment is fully furnished, including two hammocks, one indoor and one in the courtyard.
As we'll be leaving our furniture and other personal items in the apartment, we're looking to sublet it to someone clean and responsible. We ideally want one family to sublet for the entire summer as we don't have local management to come clean and prepare the apartment in between guests.
We keep strictly kosher, but we also have a set of non-kosher pots and dishes that renters can use if they are not strictly kosher.
