A fast-growing company (a recently acquired startup) is looking to hire for an Accounting and Payroll processing position.
Responsibilities include:
- Expense tracking and reporting
- Accounts Payable: record invoices, prepare payments and reconciliation
- Oversee bank accounts, cash flow management
- Financial reports for Global Finance team and assist in yearly closing processes and annual audits
- Monthly and annual reports to Mas Hachnasa and Bituach Leumi
- Cash flow management and reporting
- Monthly payroll processing
- Prepare pay slips, monthly bank transfers, tax payments, social security payments
- Manage contribution payment to pension, bituach minhalim and keren hishtalmut
Requirements:
- Fluent in both English and Hebrew
- Certified Bookkeeper & Payroll Accounting
- 3 years of experience as bookkeeper & Payroll accounting
- Experience at a Global Hi-Tech Company – a plus
- Knowledgeable in Israeli labor laws and tax laws in regards to salaries
- Knowledge of reporting to Israel authorities
- Experience working with Chashavshevet
- Experience working with Michpal Payroll system
- Accounting experience & experience working with CRM systems – a plus
