Responsibilities:

  • Office Administration: Oversee day-to-day office operations, including managing office supplies, equipment, and ensuring a well-organized work environment.
  • Communication: Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence. Act as the point of contact for internal and external communications.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate office events.
  • Document Management: Maintain and organize office files, records, and documentation.
  • Financial Administration: Assist with basic accounting tasks, including processing invoices and tracking expenses

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an office manager, administrative assistant, or similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Rosh Gadol- thinks outside the box and has a proactive approach
  • Fluent in Hebrew and English- must!

This is a full time position from our office in Jerusalem.
