Program Director - Job Description
Background
Stepping Stones Nature Initiative (SSNI) addresses the largely unmet need for Jewish English-speaking teen-at-risk programs in Israel, offering a nature-based solution. SSNI aims to provide a safe, structured environment where participants ages 13-19 can experience emotional growth and self-awareness, guided by professional staff and therapeutic modalities such as Nature, DBT, music, and somatic practices. With a 6-week program structure, year-long availability, and rolling admissions, SSNI seeks to empower participants to overcome challenges, foster resilience, and embark on a path of fulfillment and goal orientation, supported by a holistic approach and a commitment to safety and sustainability.
Timeline
Stepping Stones Nature Initiative (SSNI) is currently seeking a part-time team member to join our organization immediately, with an anticipated transition to full-time employment starting September 2024, contingent upon funding and successful performance. This position offers approximately 10-15 hours per week initially, with the potential for expansion.
In the coming months, the selected candidate will play a pivotal role in collaborating with SSNI consultants on key initiatives.
