E-commerce Account Manager

We are looking for a tech savvy, excel expert to work closely with our Director of Logistics. This role will be responsible for tracking products and shipments, placing large complex orders and managing inventory. If you are an expert in excel, have a passion for numbers and data tracking and are highly organized, this role is for you.

This role will work on the logistics team in the field of ecommerce. This is a full time role in which the ideal candidate will be a quick learner and highly organized. This role will manage sales logistics for amazon products from A- Z.

Responsibilities:

• Managing Amazon Backend and other e-commerce platforms
• Managing and logging inventory
• Tracking processes from production to delivery
• Placing large orders
• Optimizing current processes
• Developing and executing new strategies for efficiency and accuracy
• Working closely with production and warehouse facilities

Requirements:

• At least 3 years experience in data entry or similar role - A must
• Native Level English - Must
• Expert in Google sheets and Excel - A must
• Managerial experience
• Amazon Backend experience - An Advantage
• Extremely tech savvy
• Highly organized
• Detail Oriented
• Ability to view the big picture of the team
