Alomone Labs is looking for a scientist with a rich background in life sciences research and excellent communication skills, who wants to advance to a frontal role.

Location: Jerusalem BioPark (JBP), Ein Kerem, Jerusalem

Position: As the Scientific Support Specialist you will be in charge of ongoing scientific support to our customers via email, phone and live chat.

Responsibilities:

• You will serve as a pivot point in Alomone Labs, communicating both with the R&D department and customers.

• You will provide high-end technical support to Alomone Labs’ customers.

• You will manage customers’ complaints and provide them satisfactory solutions.

• You will be engaged in creating a quality customer experience.

• You will be engaged in cross-selling to increase sales.

• You will stay informed about every product or promotion Alomone Labs initiates.

Requirements:

• Ph.D. in the field of life sciences

• Experience in antibody and related reagents research in antibody-based applications

• Experience in academic scientific research or industry experience in the US ‒ an advantage

• Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written

• Analytical skills and the ability to multitask

• English as a native language

• Basic computer skills and command of Microsoft Office
