I’m looking for a new roommate to move into my gorgeous apartment on Hillel Street right in the center of town. It’s a 2 bedroom apartment, so I would be their only roommate and they would have their own bathroom and balcony. We have a washing machine, no dryer. The room has some furniture with an option to purchase more or they can bring their own. I keep Shabbat and the apartment is Kosher.
Rent is 4,000 NIS/month + bills. No agent fee.
Available August 18th, but can be flexible.
