The Marketing Coordinator will play a pivotal role in supporting the Marketing Manager and ensuring the successful completion of tasks within the marketing team. You will work closely with the marketing manager and collaborate with various team members to ensure the efficient execution of marketing initiatives. Your aim will be to facilitate communication, coordinate activities, and maintain an effective workflow to ensure that all tasks are achieved within deadlines and meet the company’s marketing objectives.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage marketing projects and campaigns, ensuring seamless collaboration and communication among the marketing team.
Support the marketing team in developing comprehensive marketing strategies and plans, aligning them with the overall business objectives.
Collaborate closely with the visual team to ensure the creation of visually compelling marketing materials, including print collateral, digital assets, advertisements, and packaging designs.
Assist the digital team in implementing digital marketing campaigns, including website updates, email marketing, display advertising, and PPC campaigns.
Collaborate with the SEO team to optimize website content, improve search engine rankings, and drive organic traffic to the website.
Support the social media team in planning and executing social media campaigns across various platforms.
Work closely with the website team to ensure the maintenance, functionality, and user experience optimization of the website.
Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights to the marketing manager.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement within the marketing department.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience as a marketing coordinator or in a similar role.
Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Knowledge of digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, and website management.
Analytical mindset with the ability to track and interpret marketing data and metrics.
Detail-oriented, with a strong eye for aesthetics and design.
Familiarity with luxury branding and an understanding of the target audience.
