We will gather as a group of men and connect with our deepest selves using deep breathing and special rhythmic music to guide us on the journey. This type of breathing has been shown in research to aid in healing trauma, reducing the symptoms of depression and anxiety, and improving focus and creativity. It is a chance to let our guard down and go deep into our best spiritual selves. Connecting to our souls is the channel to connect with G-d in a real felt sense.
