Phone Operator

Roosterworkspace is hiring a phone operator for an accounting firm in NY. 

Job Description:

The phone operator will direct incoming calls to the correct parties in an accounting firm during the busy tax season in the U.S. Some training provided. 

Requirements: 

• Min 2 years experience
• Working experience of Quickbooks
• Basic knowledge of U.S. taxes
• Fluency in Yiddish and English
• Must work well under pressure

Postion Details:

This is a full - time EST hours job from 4pm-12AM Israeli hours; 35 hours per week. Candidates must be available to work from our office in Jerusalem.
