The Social Media Specialist will be responsible for the development and management of all social media platforms in various languages including acting as a partner in the planning and execution of social media strategies, guiding teams of editors, content writers, and referents to adapt relevant content to the media, language and digital culture of the target audiences.
Areas of Responsibility:
- Plan and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that matches the company’s vision.
- Create and adapt content for a wide variety of social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, and more.
- Ongoing tracking and monitoring of social media accounts, including comments, tracking surfers, and sentiment analysis.
- Get to know new trends, fashions, and other aspects of digital culture in Israel and around the world.
- Set up and manage campaigns in social networks.
- Develop and strengthen relationships with external partners, including researchers, institutions, and influencers in order to establish a significant presence in social networks and digital media.
- Analysis and reporting on the performance of the company’s social media content, including engagement metrics, reach, and conversion metrics.
Requirements:
- An academic degree or relevant professional training (communication, marketing, etc.) is mandatory.
- Master’s degree is an advantage
- Fluent Hebrew and English at a high level is mandatory.
- Must have experience working with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or Buffer).
- Experience working with Canva or similar applications is an advantage
- Experience in setting up, managing, and monitoring campaigns in social or digital media in large organizations is a must.
- Background in photography is an advantage.
- Excellent writing and editing skills, in Hebrew and English.
- Good interpersonal communication and the ability to work in broad interfaces and collaborations.
- Creative thinking and initiative.
- Ability to learn quickly and work independently and in a team.
