We’re looking for a VIP & Customer Service Team Leader to be the face of our skilled-based games and manage our customer support team & its activity.
Required:
• Building and training customer service and VIP team
• Service orientated – the ability to provide “WOW” service
• Build work interfaces with the product team and the CRM team
• Work hand in hand with the compliance and payouts team
• Have passion and motivation to create and develop
Requirements:
• At least two years as a team leader of customer service experience with B2C online
• Management experience - strong leadership and personal skills - Must
• Native English, both in written and verbal communication – Must
• Outstanding communication skills, patience, ability to resolve challenging issues, and a strong customer service attitude
• Quick learner, energetic, highly motivated, proactive & “can do” attitude
• Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• The ability to work in stressful situations
• Be highly organized, methodical, dedicated, and committed.
• Analytical and operational skills
