Work from home as a Billing and Collections Specialist for a CPA firm in NY.
Duties:
Create and send out invoices
Communicate and follow up with clients
Make calls for collecting payments
other duties as required
Experience:
Candidates should have past experience in billing and collections and be familiar with the billing process and concepts of "billing by time"
experience in legal or accounting billing preferred
top communication skills
Comfortable on the phone speaking to high level professionals
Position is working from home about 20 weekly hours, at least half overlapping US working time.
