Project Manager (Part-Time, Hybrid)

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Project Manager focused on EU (European Union) collaboration projects.

About IP&D:

IP&D (Innovation, Projects & Development) is an Israel-based company specializing in consulting and conducting research support projects in cooperation with the EU and the Ministry of Science.

IP&D is a partner in the European Research Area (ERA) projects, specifically the ERA Talent Project, a 3-year, 3 million euro project. IP&D is also the Bridgehead Organization for EURAXESS Israel, supporting local and international researchers in universities in Israel.

Position Overview:

As a Project Manager at IP&D, you will play a crucial role in facilitating and coordinating our company's projects with the European Union. This part-time position (up to 80 hours a month) requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills in both English and Hebrew. The role involves working 1-2 flexible days a week at our Rehovot office, with continued flexibility to complete the remainder of the hours remotely. The majority of the work can be done remotely.

Reports to the CEO.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordination and management of workflow and day-to-day operations, including correspondence, preparing reports on activities, management of social media, and webinar support.
• EU Project Coordination: Collaborate with EU stakeholders to understand and meet project objectives.
• Content Production Management: Oversee monthly podcast episode production, from concept development to publication. Coordinate webinar series development, including speaker coordination and promotional activities.
• Project Planning and Execution: Develop and maintain project plans, ensuring clear objectives and timelines. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

Requirements:

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hebrew.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office; project management software (Asana or similar) preferred.
• Preference to university degree.
