The finance team is responsible for the payroll process, accounts payables, budget, day-to-day accounting operations, and monthly closing process.
We ensure compliance with all tax regulations and business obligations by planning and enabling the infrastructure to support the company’s extensive growth.

You will
Manage suppliers, including invoices, payments, and reconciliations
Perform bank reconciliations every week. Review and record employee reimbursement expenses, including travel expense reports
Handle ongoing reconciliation tasks, including closing entries and cut-off accounts
Conduct end-of-month account reconciliations for book closing. Work closely with the Controller and the Director of Finance
Booking Journal Entries in the accounting system
Overseeing the Fixed asset registration in the books
Reconcile credit card transactions. Conduct monthly cut off reports, such as accruals, prepaid, employee expense reimbursement etc.)
Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports as needed
Perform ad-hoc tasks as required
