GreenPoint Executive Search & Recruiting (GPESR) is seeking an energetic Candidate Interviewer to join our Recruiting Team. The position involves vetting prospective candidates to determine suitability for legal and professional services job openings at prominent law firms throughout the U.S.

Responsibilities

  • Reviewing resumes, contacting candidates and conducting vetting calls
  • Engaging in detailed interviews (vetting calls) with candidates
  • Assessing the candidate's suitability for available job openings
  • Taking detailed typewritten notes during interviews and reporting to management in the same business day.

Requirements

  • Native English speaker with superior verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong academic or professional background in law, HR, finance or related profession
  • Ability to effectively phone interview highly-educated and sophisticated candidates and follow-up with professional written summaries of the interviews
  • Expert note-taking skills during phone conversations and ability to write detailed interview reports
  • Analytical skills in questioning candidates on past experiences, resolving inconsistencies, reasons for leaving positions, and other sensitive inquiries

Specifics: Work from home in Israel, evening/nighttime hours. Work schedule is Monday through Thursday. Must be available for a minimum of 15 hours per week. Compensation: competitive hourly wage.
