The Marketing Lead will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies that align with the company’s overall business goals, including planning and organizing our presence at global exhibitions.

Responsibilities:
– Develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition
– Collaborate with the sales team to create targeted marketing campaigns to support sales efforts
– Manage and optimize the company’s online presence, including the website, social media accounts, and email marketing campaigns
– Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay up-to-date on industry trends
– Develop and maintain relationships with media outlets and industry influencers to secure press coverage and partnerships
– Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, and use data to inform future strategies
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and design, to ensure marketing efforts align with the company’s overall goals and vision
– Manage the company’s social media accounts, including creating and scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and analyzing performance
– Lead product marketing efforts, including conducting market research, creating product positioning and messaging, and supporting the launch of new products
– Develop and execute a content marketing strategy, including creating and distributing valuable, relevant, and consistent content to attract and retain a clearly defined audience
– Plan and organize the company’s presence at global exhibitions, including identifying relevant events, securing booth space, creating promotional materials, and managing logistics

Requirements

– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field
– 5+ years of marketing experience, with a focus on B2B or SaaS marketing
– Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
– Strong writing and communication skills
– Experience with website management, email marketing, and social media management
– Experience with market research and data analysis
– Experience working with cross-functional teams
– Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects
