Overview

We are seeking a SDR Team Leader

Key responsibilities:

  • Set sales and meet sales goals
  • Mentor SDR team members
  • Build team growth plan
  • Hiring, onboarding, mentoring, and developing a SDR team.
  • Create and design a high performance team model to drive sales results
  • Create team culture and motivation through coaching, career development and incentive programs
  • Monitor SDR team KPIs and maintain a best in class prospecting program

Requirements:

  • BA
  • Managerial experience as an SDR/BDR TL with outbound achievement
  • Fluent in English
  • Experience with Salesforce and other sales tools like Outreach, ZoomInfo and Sales Navigator – Adventage

Working hours will be Monday to Thursday between 14:00 – 23:00, Friday from 09:00-16:00
